Our after-hours service policy is to perform only those repairs necessary to make the door safe, secure, or operational in critical circumstances.
We follow-up the next working day in regular business hours to schedule additional repair work should it be necessary.
After-Hours Emergency Service Rates
After-Hours Service Rate (one-man & service vehicle):
16:30 - 22:00 hrs - $400 minimum call-out charge
22:00 - 08:00 hrs - $450 minimum call-out charge
Statutory holidays and Sundays - $450 minimum call-out charge
Other charges may apply like 2 hours minimum + $28 truck charge
